FAQs
Do I need experience?
No experience is required. Our workshops are designed specifically for beginners. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the entire process.
Who is this workshop for?
Our workshops are designed primarily for adults.
Participants aged 16 and 17 are welcome when attending with a parent or legal guardian who is also booked into the session.
For safety and insurance reasons, we do not accept unaccompanied minors.
What will I make?
You’ll craft two solid 925 sterling silver rings from raw metal to finished piece during the 2-hour workshop.
What metal do you use?
We work exclusively with genuine 925 sterling silver — a durable precious metal designed to last a lifetime. It won’t rust, peel, or wear away like plated jewellery.
Will sterling silver tarnish?
Sterling silver can naturally oxidise over time, but it does not corrode. Tarnish can be easily polished away, and your jewellery can always be restored to its original finish.
How long is the workshop?
Each session runs for approximately 2 hours.
How many people are in a workshop?
Workshops are intentionally limited in size to keep the experience personal and unhurried.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. Closed-toe shoes are recommended for safety.
What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings are final. Transfers to another available date may be requested with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Does the studio have disability access?
The studio itself is accessible at street level and can accommodate wheelchair access within the workshop space.
Please note that our in-studio bathroom requires a step up and is not wheelchair accessible.
However, there is a public accessible toilet located approximately 100 metres from the studio on Sutton Street.
If you have specific access requirements, please contact us prior to booking so we can ensure the best possible experience.
